// The Falcons Way
Our development model is built around three things:
Attacking.Possession-based.Front-foot football.
Players are encouraged to be confident on the ball, understand the game and play with positive intent.
Positive.Player-centred.Development-focused.
Coaching should challenge players while supporting their individual development and understanding of the game.
Welcoming.Inclusive.Supportive.
Development happens best in an environment where players feel comfortable learning, competing and improving.
// AFFC Player DNA
