Arabian Falcons FC fields UAE National Pro League youth teams across U10, U11, U12, and U13, delivered in collaboration with BJM Football Academy. These teams form the competitive youth layer of the club pathway.
They are designed for players who are ready to be tested through fixtures, tactical learning, performance standards, and structured progression.
For families, they provide clarity. For the club, they create a stronger development base and a deeper football culture.

BJM bring specialist youth coaching, age-group development experience, and a clear methodology that aligns with AFFC's broader football standards. AFFC bring the senior club infrastructure, leadership team, pathway into the Second Team and First Team, and the wider football ecosystem.
Trials are run jointly across the U10 to U13 age groups.
